Citadel Hill, overlooking Halifax and harbor in Canada, was first developed as a fort in the 1700s. Colonial British first used the area for defense against indigenous and French populations. The fort that stands today is from the mid-1850s. Staff and visitors have spoken of experiencing interference with electrical equipment. Reports include shadows and strange lights on the site.
