The City of Salem in Massachusetts has almost become synonymous with witch trials held there during the 1600s. The house pictured here, known as “The Witch House” was the home of one of the Judges in these trials, Jonathan Corwin. No trials were actually held at his home. You can visit the house though to learn about the execution of the women executed in Salem, and their declarations of innocence until they died.
